Sponsor the Art Community

Our contemporary offices make a perfect gallery hanging space, and we have established Gallery At 60 to sponsor emerging artists. Exhibitions are held throughout the year, and contact to artists is made through local art schools and word of mouth. 

Through Gallery At 60, emerging artists have an opportunity to exhibit, profile, and sell their work. The company sponsors an opening night covering all marketing, setup and organisation.

Invitations are emailed/mailed to our extensive database, and there is also an open invitation to the community.

Our exhibition opening on the 4th of August 2011, for the SALA Festival, was a huge success. Proceeds of the evening supported Sight For All, and thank you to everyone who attended.
As part of the fundraiser, local businesses contributed to the raffle prizes. A number of wonderful gifts were donated by One Rundle Trading Co, Vileroy Restaurant, GG’s Continental Coffee Bar, Fresh House and Garden Presentation, Michael Burnside Optometrists, Blooms Norwood, Andrew Zealand Remedial Therapist, and Gulf Seafoods.
The artists were asked to donate a small piece of work for a silent auction.

The charity supported on the night was Sight For All. Chairman Dr James Muecke opened the exhibition, and gave us an overview of Sight For All, and their work preventing blindness in the developing world, and in the indigenous and general communities of Australia.
Proceeds from the silent auction and the raffle went to Sight For All.  A rotating presentation was also shown on the LCD screens promoting the charity.

We promote extensively in the media, and throughout electronic/ hard copy circulation, and on the Jock Gilbert Real Estate website.

All staff give their time in the organisation, lead up and promotion, as well as on the night.
