- Attend open inspections, auctions to ascertain properties available and asking/selling price.

- Contact a Jock Gilbert agent who will, show you comparative property sales and advise you.

- Contact your financier - talk to several lenders to know types of finance available and how much you can spend.

- Emotions can get the better of you, so when you find your home, get an independent opinion on value - one of our agents will be happy to assist.
